Licence requirements
In order to apply for a licence, the operator must fulfill several legal, technical and compliance requirements. The operator will need to establish a company in Nevis with a registered address and provide proof of ownership, in addition to appointing one shareholder and one director, which can be an individual or a company. The operator is also required to submit other corporate documentation to demonstrate transparent ownership and strong financial position.
As part of the licensing process, the operator is required to meet AML and KYC standards and technical requirements, including details on key personnel in the business, internal policies and compliance procedures, RNG practices, responsible gaming with players’ limits and self-exclusion, data protection and information security.
