Licensed Gaming Providers can obtain a fast-track approval for the Anjouan Recognition notice, providing a faster route rather than applying for the full B2B licence in Anjouan.
This is only available for gaming providers who already hold a valid license in another recognised jurisdiction.
The Recognition notice offers a streamlined process to market, with reduced costs and the opportunity for providers to leverage existing supply platforms, software, and services directly to Anjouan-licensed B2C operators.
The Anjouan Recognition notice accepts a wide variety of B2B providers under one licence, including B2B platforms, software developers, RNG and game suppliers.
The processing time to obtain the Anjouan Recognition notice is 3-6 weeks and the notice avails the costs of obtaining a full Anjouan licence, resulting in €12,400 for the first year.
The Recognition notice enables operators to work with licenced B2C Anjouan operators without the need for full-licensing, simplifying compliance. B2B providers that obtain the notice also gain more credibility from B2C operators.
Gaming providers operating under the Recognition notice gain access to new markets and players, as they are able to operate in multiple jurisdictions, without the need for several licences.
The Anjouan Recognition notice is a single licence, covering multiple B2B gaming verticals. There is an application fee of €2,900 and annual fee of €9,500, resulting in total first year cost of €12,400.

This includes the Isle of Man, Malta, Romania, Sweden, Gibraltar, Alderney, or another credible, regulated jurisdictions approved by the Anjouan authority. The gaming provider must be in good standing with their licensing authority, with no suspensions or compliance breaches.
The B2B gaming provider must meet several legal, technical and compliance requirements. These include submitting company documents, such as a Certificate of Incorporation, updated Memorandum & Articles of Association, recent Good Standing Certificate, proof of address, and full ownership chart. In addition to ownership & compliance documents, including details of shareholders, directors, UBOs, compliance officer, and policies (e.g., onboarding, security).
The B2B provider will need to provide details and documentation of its current licence, including a copy of existing license, proof of its validity, and a summary of license scope (products & markets covered). In addition to technical & operational proofs, such as RNG/game certificates, ISO or similar information security documentation, list of jurisdictions supplied, and agreements with Anjouan B2C operators (if available).
